Green Composites for Maritime Engineering: A Review

Green composites have gained increasing attention in recent years as a sustainable alternative to traditional materials used marine structures. These are made from biodegradable and renewable materials, making them environmentally friendly reducing the subsequent carbon footprint. This review aims provide comprehensive overview of green their applications includes classification potential fibres matrixes for which suitable applications. The properties composites, such strength Young’s modulus, analysed compared with those composites.
